Partnering with stakeholders in Stanford’s Student Financial Services group, I led an urgent redesign of the payment methods training that encompassed core internal platforms and the Flywire payment system to rapidly eliminate a critical FERPA compliance violation in the legacy course. To meet this time-sensitive mandate, I leveraged AI during needs analysis to synthesize requirements and used AI text-to-speech tools for rapid audio iteration. I paired clear system process demonstrations developed in Camtasia with an animated narrator and authentic student scenarios, anchoring complex payment workflows in real-world context while delivering a fully compliant solution in record time.
