To modernize training for Stanford’s Graduate Financial Support group, I updated four existing courses and developed a new curriculum on Graduate Funding Reporting resources. I leveraged AI across the entire ADDIE workflow, most notably using AI during needs analysis to synthesize SME, stakeholder, and student interviews, alongside AI text-to-speech narration to accelerate production. To anchor complex workflows in authentic context, I paired clear Camtasia system demonstrations with Vyond animations, weaving scenario-driven narratives around the real-world experiences of students and Student Support Officers.
