Agile Development techniques have been used for years in business, but when the State of California adopted them to develop new intake software for their child welfare program, they knew it would be a risk. I was tasked with producing an informational video introducing the coming change to those employees affected state-wide. Working with the Solutions West team those responsible for software and training development at CWDS, I created a short video that explained how the transition would be implemented and described the various training resources what would be developed to insure a smooth transition.
