The Seafood Watch program at the Monterey Bay Aquarium is the gold standard for sustainable seafood awareness across the globe. I worked with them to develop a series of interactive courses in Captivate that educated various audiences about the program and how they could use it to increase awareness of sustainable seafood choices. I developed the visual and UX design for the courses, created illustrations and animations used within, recorded and edited interviews with seafood watch partners and developed all of the courses in the series.
