As part of a larger project for Stanford’s School of Medicine, I worked with their SME to develop a series of short videos used to educate key stakeholders on the setup of the school’s Department Operations Center in the event of an emergency on campus. The series included detailed task instructions for each team member, as well as gaining access to the center, setting up the satellite phone, accessing the radio room and establishing a mobile satellite link in the event of a wide-spread communication equipment shut down.
