Once California voters legalized the recreational use of marijuana, there was a need for statewide regulation of this burgeoning industry. The vendor responsible for developing training materials approached me to design a template for Captivate courses that would offer a great user experience and flow seamlessly from the visual style of the printed materials developed for statewide distribution by the regulators.
